Solid Axle Swap question

I know another SAS question.I am not sure where to put this I am new to this forum. Anyway I have a 94 f150 351w with a 3inch body, 6 inch suspension, 05 superduty springs in the rear. I am looking to do a SAS I have a 78 d44 that came out of a ttb truck that some one did a axle swap on. I am a little confused on where a good point to measure from to center the axle? any help would be appreciated.

i'd see where the original points were on the truck with the ttb had it the solid axle first, im thinking of doing the same thing. welcome also. i'd love to here a answer to this question too

well it is kind of a long story but a buddy of mine traded a d60 and delivered it to a guy in northern WI and in turn for the axle the guy gave him some tires some cash and the d44 that I have. he took the d44 out to put the d60 in that he bought from my friend so I don't have access to the truck it came out of.

I measured from the center of the rear axle to the center of the front axle.I used my 89 front coil buckets,I had a set of 6" super lift front springs from a 1978.I used the rough country radius arm brackets for a 1989 6" lift kit.I made my own steering rods.I also made my own trac bar.Real easy to accomplish.
