Mines getting the sag in corners. I guess I'll just use spray adhesive to put new cloth os some sort on. If was not for padding behind stock I'd re glue it . But they stretch so bad when you do it.

What did u guys do???

Mine is still intact. That padding would no doubt make it very difficult to reglue it. What does a new one cost?

I saw on the other site where a guy stripped off the old foam(1/8") and material and found some at a fabric store, and used that spray adhesive to put it back together with. He also cut patterns into the foam for a cool look. I think he did flames. I'm going to try it with mine as it started sagging.

Pull it out, and use some spray adhesive to put any material you want back on it, if you want the stock use spray adhesive where it sags, it works, i used the highest grade stuff they sold at home depot....
Still holding today...
That was over a year ago when i did it.

Oh I know about spray adhesive I have made sound panels for buildings in the past . And have redone before . But once sag starts youk now how looks . But your right like I said I just have to decide what cloth to go with .

I do have a Complete almost premo blue interior in a other truck I could use . If I could get over Blue. Its a white truck

When headliners start sagging the foam in the headliner material is dead. You can reglue it but it only works for so long. Headliner material is made with a foam backing and only lasts so long. Best way is pull headliner board out and peel the fabric off and use wire brush or the back of your hand depending on material used for the feadliner board. I worked at a interior shop for four years and redid a unknown amount of headliners. Use good glue we used specialized glue for interior work out of a five gallon bucket. All depends on how nice you want it to look.
