signal flasher 2002 F250

Can anyone tell me where the "Turn signal Relay" is located on a 2002 F250 Super Duty?

Is this relay the one next to the stereo. ie: small black box with one relay in it. When the Hazard is engaged it blinks along with another relay located next to the master cylinder in the engine compartment. Signals don't work though! Does this one relay also control the turn signals?
