Sheesh What Next!~!

man im glad i was in town, just coming up to my turn off to my place with no one in front of me when i lost my brakes, man peddle right to the floor, hit the emergency brake and "locked em up" got backed in to the drive way opened the hood and i had welding going on big time seems with the head/intake work i just did i knocked a steel vacum can loose from the mount on the driver side. it rolled off the inner fender and got jammed between the selonoid for the camper power and my brake line attached to the master cylinder burning a hole in it for the front brakes needless to say i will be hideing a lot of this stuff under the fenders like i did with my reg cab hope this is not the start of something bad

The vacuum can was originally installed inside the driver side inner fender. you should see two 2 mounting holes and a large hole for the hose. b

yes that one is there i think it feeds the heating controls there is another one mounted on the pass side battery box that i think is for emissions and the one that fell off was about 6" long and about 4" wide mounted between the brain box and the master cyl i removed the can plugged the hose and it didnt seem to affect any thing

The more vacuum required options a truck/car has ..... the more vacuum reservoirs it gets..maximum of 2.

Ford...keeping you safe..unless there are leaks ;)
