I know several of you hae them But it was the first one I saw in 50 ish trucks I owned looked at for parts over the years . It was in a parts truck or parts bad tranny .

So how $ r these to redo . as much as e4od ? Just curious ... The local tranny shop does not rebuild many so they must be a decent tranny.

But The only other trans I have had in the 92 up trucks other than e4od is the M5.

I was looking at a 95 xlt sc 4x4 truck for parts and it had the R470 in it . Its straight but a uncared fore rust bucket .

For the $300 asking price I'd get 2 excellent doors. The tailgate was straight/ solid.Hood Not many other parts r good

The 302 MAf (hopefully couldn't get hood open) motor (The MAf is only thing w $) motor runs but with the condition of rest of truck I would write off the drive train for personal use. . Code 17 331 open rears .Warn hubs

The interior is a grease pit. Other than vents and small parts nothing there.

Head light r clean (FORD) No CAt as someone borrowed it :headbang:

I'm gong up to wait till end week if still there offer $200 ish . As in other post really getting scarce. And ones that come up don't last long.

But I really want one with red interior.

Just had a 95 f150 in the shop with a 4r70 harsh 1-2 shift. They are kind of know for the 1-2 accumulator springs breaking, I got a price on a reman Ford unit for the guy due to the scored up bore in the case and it was around $2000'ish..
