Removing the old body stripping

What is the best method to get the old body decal/stripping? I was thinking a hair dryer to heat it up.

that will work. I use a stripe removal pad. eastwood has them and they work great.

A heat gun works better thats how I use to remove them from the Rigs I would work on.

there is a 3M decal and adhesive remover available as well.
