question about dana 60's

i was out in the yard today taking the leaf springs off my axles and started to look for any tags of any kind which i found none, i did find some numbers though and i want to know if anyone can decipher them for me ?first pic is of the rear axel which reads c 30255 and the front axle which reads 620093b.

If the diff cover bolts take a 9/16 wrench, chances are you have some d60's.

A pic of the entire axle would help.

Possibly the tag on the cover, but if the axles are out of a 30+ year old truck the only way to know for sure is to pull the covers and take a peak as to what's inside each one.

Get the BOM # off the passenger side axle tube next to the center section.

If you pull the covers anything other than open will be obvious to see.

those numbers you have don't mean much

look for a 61xxxx number

Here's my front D60 that is open.

And as Mil1ion said there will be the number he mentioned stamped into one of the axle tubes. You may need a wire brush in order to even locate it.
