This has been the job from hell... Special thanks for Chris for taking my phone calls and dumb questions... Oh and for telling me it only takes AN HOUR AND A HALF!! You liar!

I think I'm up to about 5 or 6 hours now... Just finally bolted the pan back up. Wish I had enough energy to go through the fluid filling routine but I just don't feel like freezing and spilling in the dark... So I'll fill it tomorrow morning and report my findings. Pics coming soon ;)

Here's pics. 56k warning!! I plan on making a writeup at a later date, so if you don't know what these pics mean then don't stress, I'll explain it all later. I got lazy with the pics near the end cuz I was fighting daylight, but most of the stuff that I didn't take pics of was re-assembly, which is basically reverse order of dissembly.

You need to get yourself some nitrile gloves. Does the trans feel any different when shifting?

The Plymouth Duster I still have. The only racing I have done is a 1/4 mile drag race against time and that is something I have only done a few times.

Glove's wouldn't have done much good. I had ATF dripping all the way down my arms most of the time. And I haven't driven it yet; I already said that I still need to fill it with fluid (and connect the electrical doo-hickey).

So why does it have California plates?

LOL! Sorry guys I slept in cuz I was so wiped yesterday. And...

SHIFT KIT SUCCESSFUL!! Wooooo!! I didn't screw it up :D

It really kicks you in the pants on those shifts, I love it! And I don't know if I'm imagining it but, my truck seems like it went 0-60 in about HALF the time it normally does! Jeez. Anyways, I made a vid, I'm uploading it now, might take a little bit.

Whoops, forget to mention. I still haven't connected that little electircal doo-hickey to my PCM, so this vid is WITHOUT the part. I plan on doing it later today.

But you live in Oregon. Prove you own that car or I don't believe you.

Nothing of this nature can be proven in a setting like this.

Yes, I live in Oregon. The car was in Oregon, but now it spends most of it's time in Stockton, CA in a friends garage. When I got the van, it took the Duster's spot in the shop. I have about 50-75 pics of it, some of which have the OR plates visable. They are all prints though. All the digital camara pics that I have are with CA plates.
