Private Message Enhancements

Added some enhancements to the PM feature. You'll notice some changes in the "welcome block" on the navbar, there is a drop down menu for your pm's and also an alert of new messages. There is also a "reply to all" feature now.

Also noticed that when you have a new private message the little box turns green and the "1 new message" flashes red.
