sounds like a good buy if the interior and paint/body are decent ...the 302 lives up to its reputation for a hellacious lil small block the e4od is a great tranny for a 302 ...a million times better than the aod..but thats a diff thread....and i think NeXtras was right on the maf for 95...did the 94 302 come w maf also? im doubtin it did

Yep 94 was start of MAF but its hit and miss till 96. I had several 94 95 that were auto with out MAF .

Like nextra said changin firing order was late 93 went to 351 firing order.
As for the MPG improvment . The Maf equipped truck has sequential injection (each injector own wire )

Your better off gettin a jasper reman, they correct most of the probs the factory trans has. We had huge class on jasper remans a while back.

when you dont have the money to shell out, and your being given a clutch pack and solenoid pack and labor for 150, you would care whats in it as long as it drives

Trust me, I know about that, I paid 200 for the trans in the F350 as I was unemployed and broke. Some how it worked, and is still working. It still doesnt shift as good as the 1st trans.
