well yesterday i drove it.. it drives nice.. everything feels tight..

smooth steering
good braking,
good shocks etc etc

but OHM THE CLUTCH!!!

i began fine.. a little hard but ok.. little by little the clutch was going then after afew hours of driving.. the clutch pedal got down barely no clutch left.. i had to grind gears to get home..



am changing the master cylinder see if it fix it or i will have to take down the tranny to change the slave

I don't like how the fronts stick out, period. IMO, it's more or less never acceptable to have non-driven tires stick out past the fenders. (There are undoubtedly exceptions, but I can't think of any...)

Chebby 4x4s do that...

Did a line blow? I know it was a bit crusty. My jeep did that.

I would check to see if that Plastic line is cracked, also check the vent on the bottom of the trans, if there is fluid coming out from there, then it is your slave....

Mine costed me about 120 bones....

i changed the master cylinder gave it a good bleed.. and its ok now.. i ran about 20 miles today with it. its running good..

exept tires are bad.. 4 years old tires crisped in the sun aint exactly strait anymore lol..

nways tomorrow im going with it at the body shop make an appiontment and wait the order of the tires to arrive.

What you gettin done at the body shop? Tires? What ones you going with? Stock size, bit wider?

everything is getting done at the body shop.. body work / paint its gonna be a dark gray almost black mettallic paint...

275/60 r15 Front

295 /50 R 15 Rear

my big brother had that combo on his chebby silverado and it looked sweet

the truck is running gr8! and what an torqy engine.. dang now i know why everyone loves the i6 engine..

al is done im just waiting for it to go to the body shop.

It sounds like its running really rough to me. And whats that clicking noise? I know my engine is MUCH smoother than that.

its a bit rough yeah... specially in high rpms.. im gonna run some seafoam and injector cleaner trough it again...

yeah its firing correcty... i think 4 year old injector needs a chance.. its running better everyday


and im getting 12 mpg.. running it hard..

Yeah, thats not great.

I usually get around 16-18 with mine, but mine has been kept better. I think its great you have it DD right now.
