no dash lights

1976 f350 auto, gauged cluster...gauges work, as well as turn signal indicator lamps/hazards, but no cluster lights. Headlamps work with high beams. Any thoughts were to start. One other thing is that when lights are turned on, the left turn signal light comes on constantly.

Cluster lighting is a light blue/red stripe wire.

The PC contacts can corrode and prevent the bulbs from illuminating.

I recommend removing the cluster for inspection

The indicator light coming on is from current feedback thru the TS circuit at either the rear or front TS bulb.

Inspect both very closely.
