Can you nite shade headlights in PA?

I know in Michigan you cant. Im not sure about there. I would think all states would have it illegal cause its harder to see. But some states you can so its weird.

do you not like the stock headlights? I changed mine out for some that have a black background instead of the shiny chrome.

Can't put on smoke lenses here in TX - front or rear. People still do it though. They have to remove them at inspection time I'm sure. I used to inspect vehicles and I know I wouldn't pass someone if they had em on.
