Dude, my nose cone is trimmed flush with the core support and I have no rubber flap there anymore....I have the same strobes..but those are goin when I get the euro clear headlights.......I do still wanna get the construction grade strobes.....

No i just cleaned all my intake crap up maby 3 weeks ago. Im hoping that i get some gain with MPG tomorrow.. I definatly have more low end umf because i couldnt do those burnouts before. Now i can easl spin em over in drive.

yea those strobes are the super cheapies..the good ones run a few hunnerd bucks....no problems with water but every now and then I gotta take 1 or 2 leaves out.....

NO i didnt cut it completly off. skan and i talked about it earlier today so i just trimmed a little, left a little roundness to keep that stuff out.

Interesting. Sounds like it gained quite a bit of power for minimal work. Was your old intake plugged up or anything like that?

It does help . Quite a few guys HAve notice what seems to be a power increase. The 351's really like em . But for most part its MPG improvement for almost all I put them on. And they r cheap most yards r LEss than $20 (I get arm full for that) And if find a 300-6 truck being parted out less yet.

lol jk lol Yea i recommend them! I love knowing i can shread rubber now when i want to. Next is my cruise control module, and the E fan. I got the E fan controller for free also

Ok heres a funny one, Day 2 of me driving to college. Well this morning i went out to the truck and it was all frosty, the hood had a thin layer of frost on it. Well I just cleared off my windshield and went on my way. Well as the motor heats up the frost usually melts away and BOOM its shinny again. Well i kid you not i drove 30 miles on the highway, and the frost was still on the drivers side, and you could see where the intake tube runs up to the front of my grille! If i wasnt doing 70 on the highway i woulda took a picture! You could also see somewhat of an outline of the air box. I laughed so hard when i saw that! Tomorrow morning its suppose to rain, so im guessing no frost, and i dont have college tomorrow. But if it happens again il be sure to get a picture.!
