same truck,had for nearly ten years now.i totaled it but a very good friend of mine owns a body shop so the truck is basically getting a frame off restoration(with a new frame,cab,and front clip of course)and a victor jr headed 351w.thank's for the welcome!here's a couple pics.

thanks for the comments.the current 302 is an all stock 95 mustang short block(reringed and bearings of course) with a 93 mustang cam advanced 2 degrees.it has the trucks original e7 heads that i did a little port work to.the intake is off a 99 explorer.it has a 65mm throttle body with an egr delete plate.i'm using a lightning throttle bracket(excuse the foul language )and air inlet hose.never did run this combo on motor at the track but with a 125 shot(tnw plate behind the tb)it ran 8.43@82 1/8 mile.when it ran the 8.05@87 1/8 mile it had a stock 88 mustang short block with 165 afr heads,comp xe270hr14 cam,gt 40 intake,and 150 shot.these times were with 3.55 gears and the stock converter.as you can see there's not much difference between the times after you consider all of the mod's.the current setup was more impressive to me even though it's not as fast.just goes to show how fast you can go with stock stuff.the truck is also a little lighter this time around.
