New user F 350 Diesel 1999

Hello to all. I am in northern VA and just bought a 1999 F350 Turbo D with the 6 speed. RWD too.
The electric door locks don't work. I can hear them trying to activate but nothing hapens. I suspect a lubrication problem
What is the easiest way to access the mechanism to service it?

If you can hear them trying to work, chances are the actuators are bad. You'll have to get inside the door to replace them.

Do the door panels pull off or do you need a tool to remove them without tearing up the panel?
