New Truck! 2005 F150 FX4

So I am parking my old truck and it's going to become a project of mine... The miles are high, she's burning oil and the ride in it sucks. Body panels are beginning to rot and I want to stop the minimal cab rust where it is. So to get it off the road I had to buy a new truck....

I was casually looking around because I had a decent nest of cash built up from the new job. I wasn't totally ready to buy yet and was intending to drive my old truck through the summer and try to get a new 4x4 for the winter months. I was periodically looking around on craigslist though just to see what's out there.

I was minding my own business on facebook when this gal I used to work with at Westlake was like "Hey, what's going on? Haven't talked to you in a while..." I said I was on craigslist looking at trucks.

For what I wanted to spend, I was looking at buying a gen 10 truck and just driving it for a couple years until I could get something I actually wanted (gen 11). Low and behold this girl said "my dad is selling his truck". Anyway after a phone call, a visit to the truck and a chat with him, we worked out quite a deal and I bought the truck that had everything I wanted!

congrats on the new ride. i was seriously considering a truck similar to that. really want it but just cant get myself into payments and/or part with my Flareside.

uhm Ryan.... that is a Gen 11. Gen 12's are 09 and newer.......

Since it now has a sliding rear window, what are my options???
