New to a 1966 F250 Camper Special

I just acquired a 1966 F250 Camper Special from the original owner/family. 90,000 miles and lots of tinkering by the 1st generation owner, now gone. No rust and original paint, etc. I need to decide if I should go for a complete restoration or clean it up and "modernize" for ease of use. I'm not a mechanic and at my age, never will be. Any advice would be appreciated.
