need some front bumper braces for 78 f250

I need some front bumper braces, the things that go from the bumper to the bottom of the fender to keep it from flopping. for my 78 F-250 4x4. My truck has the 79 type bumper with the open slot above liscense plate holder. Ik there are 3 diff bumpers that ik of for these trucks..would any of those work off either of these bumpers?

I think he means the braces that attach the bottom of the fender to the rad support, (I think) right? I always had trouble finding some that are actually not bent. Even though they are fairly thin to bend back, many of the ones I've found in junkyards had cracks in them. Often the bolts are rusted and when trying to loosen the braces get twisted from wrenching.

mine attach from bottom of bumper to the bottom of fender, I'd just like to find a good used set, ik someone on here has bound to have some..they bascially look like a bed brace.

Nope, not the braces: D3TZ16A023A 1973/77 F100/350 / Right/Left is the same > > See post #9.

He wants the bumper brackets. You won't find these on F100/150's or Bronco's. I've been listing these puppies on t'other site for four years.

OP...why buy used rusty...possibly bent up...junk, when you can buy brand new (NOS) brackets?

ya thats what i need and it doesnt matter to me as long as they're in good condition. i can repaint,etc, no biggy. i know how expensive NOS stuff can be.
