I have a 2003 Ford Expedition. I went to leave for work and truck would not start.....no noise or clicking sounds. I replaced the ignition switch, starter solenoid fuse(fuse 102) to try that first and truck started up great. I turned truck off and tried to start again and nothing again. I went to the auto store to get another fuse, as i thought that one was blown. They tested fuse and fuse was good????(i still bought some for spare since i didn't know what the issue is) I went back home and put the same fuse in again and truck started great. I turned off and tried to start again and nothing. I pulled fuse out and put in and truck started great again. I can start truck only if i pull that fuse and put back in. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????
