I have a local embroidery and print shop that I'm going to take this photo in and see what they can do. The online sites I've tried really only offer fairly plain hats and not sure how they would turn out after I've paid for em. I'll keep you all posted.

Looks great, Buck. Don't change it.

If you can get someone to embroider it rather than print it, you're going to be way happier. Prints can look pretty terrible on hats. You'll lose quality of image on the embroidery, but it'll look like it's supposed to. Not like a sticker.

I disagree with it being perfect

I feel the truck should be completely inside the oval. No touching or close to the outline whatsoever.

Yes please lighten the blue somemore. it will make your truck stand out more.
Leave the glass alone, darkening it woule make it look awuful

The main focus is of the 'TRUCK" not the oval, not the glass.

Please just do it for me.

I think I'm getting closer. I'm liking this one and I don't think I should go any lighter on the blue. I left the original blue there around the oval. Also, should I blacken the glass like I did on the other ones.

This looks great too, but I think even the darker blue just prior to this lighter shade was fine and a more masculine color......like I said, this one looks good too.

I agree about the embroidery.....will look much better and will last as long as the hat lasts....besides, if you go local you can hand pick a quality hat with the fit and strap that you like best.....personally, I like the new one-fit stretch hats the best (not the old baseball onesize strapless - it's a tad different, 10 x's better and is pretty recent technology I think)....they fit perfect and will contour to your head just perfect without straps, velcro, or buckles.

Great looking though....looking forward to seeing a picture of the real thing when it's done.

x2 and lighten the pink one too, just for the fun of it?

A guy can cut an embroidered one out and sew it to a new cap.

But in the old days K-Brands were the best hats IMO and their
logo's etc were embroidered patches. I'd remove 'em. Still got
a few of those tough-son-of-a-guns around here. Two have a
-head- light machined screwed (4-40 screws and nuts) to the
bill and plastic battery holders from Radio Shack screwed to the
back. (from back when Radio Shack actually sold -parts- ;)

Those things are cool as anything but can now be beat by stuff
they've got on the market. Trying to climb poles or fixing broken
rails at night with a wire hanging down down from my head to my
waist was a pain in the neck. LOL :) Just getting in and out of
the truck several times quick (while hunting down a broken rail or
other signal trouble) could get on a guys nerves.

ps- Just noticed you have "Baja" wheels, same as what I put on
my '91 Bronco 16x8 + 265/75-16E's @ 31.5" (same as 235/85-16's)
