Left Blinker, turns off Cruise Control or Causes truck to shift...suggestions?

Yeah, the ground coming off the battery looks pretty beat up. If I follow it away from the battery it looks like its unraveling/fraying. Do you think rewrapping it would do the trick or should I just replace it completly? Again, sorry for the hijack but I appreciate the feedback!

Sounds like it's in real bad shape. If you wanna do it the RIGHT way, you'll replace it. I dont think rewrapping will fix much.
