Junkyard tool box, and repair for tailgate alumn panal

So was looking for parts for my Protege, and I always ck out the F-Series and Bronks, and found this sweet tool box in a F150.
35 bucks for the box.

Also got motovated to work on some small probs on the truck now that im keeping it, was gettin the alumn panal to be more secure. Well the I took it off to find out that all 3 middle mounts were broken. There was 1 broken peice left in there and the other 2 parts were missing. So I decided to JBWeld the 1 I could, and that seemed to work, so I put it back on using the outer nuts and 1 center mount. Anyone have some extras? Also the lock for the slider is broke. Where do I get that?

Sweet deal on the box...and are you just talking about the aluminum plate retainers...if so, I'll tell dad to look through the random parts box...I think I have some from when I had to replace the panel. As for the lock...Dennis Carpenter maybe...and I can't believe I'm gonna say this but...LMC is usually good for that kinda stuff.

The black peices I have in the bed, you screw the phillips head screws into. I need 3 of em. Somehow all of mine are broken.

Ordered the latch from LMC, thanks bro. 9 bucks.

dont feel bad chris i never have any good finds in my 3 local yards. nothing. all the same ford trucks have been on them lots for the past year. i think there might be 1 new one every 3 months. but they are usually stripped before they get there like someone used it for parts and then sent it to the yard.
