Is the Ford Raptor Overpriced?

What's overpriced? We live in the day and age of a $30,000 Focus and a $45,000 Taurus... think about that for a minute. BIL recently bought a new BMW 545i. Think he said he paid somewhere around $70K for it- that's a mid-sized German sedan. He thought it was a good value, since it was cheaper than his wife's big Lexus. I guess it's all relative.

I will say this- a $55,000 Raptor will get you more looks than a $110,000 Mercedes S-Class. Since we're in the "I want" not the "I need" catagory, that's worth a lot in itself.

I've only ever seen Raptors in adverts o/seas and video but would love to see one in the flesh - god knows what price they'd be out here though as heres a 6.2 F150 for sale at the Ford dealers in CHCH

yep, around 50k to convert one in Australia. Only 3 companies that are legally alowed to comply

That's only $143,000 over here, that'd buy a nice used Shelby Super Snake with money left over... yeesh...

That red and black upholstery really stands out. And you can't see if it has it from your camera angle.
