Exactly what the add says

96 F250 XLT. This truck has a 5.8 351. Its the heavy duty F250. Its 4x4 with warn locking hubs, and has an E4OD auto tranny Sterling rear. Dual tanks and its lifted about 8 inches. It has a 2,000. lift kit on it. It comes with the tool box. Its a two door super cab, you can fit 3 in the back seat and 3 up front. The only rust is the front bumper and right fender. The only thing that isnt working is the power lumbar seats, they're not getting any power not sure why. Tranny was rebuilt at around 100,000 miles with all the heavy duty upgrades still works perfect. I paid 3,400 for the rebuild. I have a new weld on patch panel for the rusted fender that I never installed. The dash is cracked I have a blue dash cover on it. the front tires are new with under a thousand miles. The rear tires are on there way out but useable. They are 285/75/r16. Its two tone blue over white. Runs great its a workhorse. He also says there is an oil leak. He thinks its either coming from the oil pan or the front main seal. Asking $3350. It has 168,000 miles.

If the rebuild was 68k miles ago, that's good but a moot statement. If it had more detailed pictures I could give a better estimate. Depending on how bad and where the oil leak is coming from, I think it's worth his asking.

I have to agree with Flareside as far as more pics for a better opinion. But from what i see here the truck looks pretty solid.sure it will need some tlc all used vehicles do some more than others.looks like a good foundation to start with and i agree with his asking price.here in Ohio a truck in that condition would go for 5k or better.as always do your homework before buying, drive the vehicle at least 30min,(dont forget to engage the 4 wheel drive) if possible and check it out front to rear, try everything to see what works and what doesnt.you do have some room to invest in the vehicle without becoming buried in it..pending on the severity of the oil leak and overall running condition.

Definently worth price if as solid as says. The oil leak is no biggie I can fix that its the rust body condition .

Like buzz said thats a $5000 plus truck here in PA . I see rust buckets go for $3000
