Info Center in console

Can an info center be swapped into a the center console of a Explorer that didn't come with one standard? Just wondering if the wiring harness would already be down there anyways or if it wasn't.

Yes, it can be swapped in, My brother did it in his 98 XLT. Some of the sensors re there, you just have to tap wires, others you either have to add or deal with not having (like washer level and stuff.)

It is possible, but its alot of wiring.... End result is awesome

Make sure you snag the end of the wiring harness with the info center, so you can wire it up easier.

check on the explorer forums someone may be parting out an eddie bauer, limited, or mountaineer.... my brother got his from a 99 mountaineer
