I need a radiator fan shroud

My truck did not have a fan shroud when I bought it. Which one do I need? The LMC catalog has several listed and you need to know the OE Stamping Number to order. I don't care if I get it from LMC or not, I just want to make sure I get the right one.

'73 F-100, 4x4, 360, 4-speed, no A/C.

I'd be interested in finding out about the shroud as well. Mine doesn't have one either.
