i found my victem for my 5.0Ho engine..

its an i6 with a manual 5speed overdrive ( m5od )
i6 going out.. and im fixind the m5od up to putbehind that 5.0Ho

Looks like a cool project, but I would like to see a rebuild and project around the 300. Did someone say "turbo"?
Maybe the 300 can go in the 78 Ranger XLT and make a great off road wheelin truck.

What I am saying, is that if he puts the 302 in the Gen8 then he will have the 300 on the side to do whatever with. I suggest the 78 XLT.

im still going to schooll only way im affording this is that i was a Dj and we had bought our equipment in 5 years slowly we paid them off then we Dj'd about a year with no debt and now we sold the equipments

the truck overall is in good condition i have to say.. the owner says put a battery and gas and it will fire right up.. i didnt have the chance to chek it tough.. i bet it does

I thought something was warped as well. It might be, but it is sitting on a curb with two flat tires on the down side. Might not be as bad as it looks from the angle of the camera.

I know nothing about the newer trucks. What year is it?

The truck is a Generation 8. Made from 1987-1991. Its at least an 89 because of the grille (no vertical slats, see signature). Looks warped to me, but what do I know.
