Huge Boat Stuck In Yard.

Here how bout this. Had to pull my friends boat out of a huge hole in there yard. Then I pulled it down to the marina.

7000lbs boat, and 400lbs tongue weight. Had to have truck in 4L was spinnin all tires. Tire were flat on trailer. That thing was heavy to pull. Truck handled it good tho. Truck wasnt completly on overload springs either. On a side note, boat took 300 bucks to fill lol.
Should have took pics of the hole it was stuck in. It was crazy deep. They had it on a 2wd chevy and it was just spinnin out. 4H didnt budge it, and 4L I spun tires and then started to pull it out. Wow that was hard. Also 1st time usin 4x4 since trans was put in. Didnt have trailer brakes and it was hard to stop, I was downshiftin to help stop lol.

Yea, when I was spinnin all 4 I was gettin worried. 200 buck used trans held up good. LOL The hole it was stuck in was where a stump was grined. I guess all the chips rotted out and it just sank down when it got to that point.

Yea they are. It didnt help that the tires were super flat either. Oh well I got the job done and got my tank filled for doing it. If I didnt have come I think they were going to tie the 1500 2wd chevy and a volvo to it lol.

My dad used to have a superduty 6.0l diesel and we pulled a 7,000lb boat with it (very similar to the one in the pictures).......holy crap that was about the only thing my dad ever towed with that truck that you could accualy TELL it was back there!! lol
