how to swap nose cones on a starter?

just like the title says, how do i do this?

On my Windsor's starter, there are two long bolts that go through the back of the starter, and thread into the front casing. If that front casing is the "cone" your talking about, what you would do is remove the two bolts from the back of the starter and gently remove the front case. The bolt head size on my starter is 3/8" for those bolts.
