D60 in the Super Dutys started in '02.

Dana 50 was made in TTB and solid...my 97 350 was a 60, as was the 99, 00 and 02.

It's alright...it's not the size of the axle, it's how you use it. Just be sure not to break it.

Just make sure you keep it lubed when going through the mud, too much friction will end up badly.. pain and broken parts ftl!

And don't forget a thorough cleaning after being in any wet stuff, cuz you don't want to keep any bad stuff on your axle.
