I really wanna know how he expects that little 302 to handle 49's or 54's. Just because you can...doesn't mean you should. And why in the hell did he go with a D50. However, guesstimating how much those springs cost...seems like a good price...even though it can't currently move.

actually ben, those springs dont look to terrible.
Now if they were 25" and mounted in factory locations that would be an issue, but in the pic they look wide enough to actually have some sense of suspension...

Yeah...I definitely have seen worse...but I didn't know there were still guys out there getting springs arched for 22" of lift...cuz 3" is in BL.

At least we know what Tony has been up to!!!

Oddly enough, I think Tony would throw in the dshafts and drive it that way.

Yep, some supe rduties (I think) and some excursions had a solid D50.

They do skank, d60 with d50 internals is basically what it is...
When you get into those years, it can be tricky to tell the difference.

Ohhh newer trucks? I thought the Super Duties all had D60s starting around 98-2000ish time.

D50 used in 99-01 i believe. (no 98 super duty) only the f350 duallys of 99-01 had a 60 if I remember right. This is just off the top of my head.
