holley carb need info / indentify

hey guys
need some help on my carb.......the tag info is d8te aja 7L9
don't know much about these.......engine dosnt want to idle
will idle if choke is pulled out 1/4.......don't think I have a vacuum
leak........would like to know how to adjust idle choke and mix screws

these are numbers off the carbs i have.....# off the engine i just put in
02hf 9510 aa list 6336 last # 2316


one from my blown engine 8510 aja
list 8069 last # starts with either 9 8 or 3 cant make them out
