hat it really needs is a new set of front leaf springs, but at $200+ EACH I think it will have to wait.

Did you really mean to say you're timing is set at 14 ATDC, as in after?????

Yes, my timing mark on the balancer looks something like this with each mark an interval of 2 degrees:

ATDC 10 | | | | 0 | | | | 10 | | | | 20 BTDC
_____________T/C_____________________

Is there a problem or does something not make sense? The rubber seems to be solid (no apparant slippage), and I even was able to clean it up really well. The keyways and key are solid. It seems to run fine...

Are you really up in Colstrip?

I'm glad the truck is running better.
