help required?

hi .. i am a frustrated internet user! i know next to nothing about engines or trucks .. but i have recently started working with a wonderful young man in his 20s who is autistic and physically disabled and also virtually blind .. and he loves engine sounds .. trucks in particular .. and all i have found online are 10 second clips of tyres squeeling or crashes which even i couldnt attempt to understand if i didnt have the video to go with it .. oh and some utube clips which dont identify the make and model of truck! he will always ask those questions !! (his dad is a mechanic!!!)
so what im asking here is .. can someone point me to an 'engine sounds fanatics website'? where i will be able to d/load clips and identify the truck model etc?
LP can transfer and would love a ride in a truck!! is there a 'fest' in south devon where he would be able to come and hear trucks starting and even maybe get a ride in one? oh what a special day that would be lol .. he is always asking people for a ride but unfortunately people dont treat him correctly as he is diabled, and promise things they never deliver! and he is always gutted!
if anyone can help LP and me that would be great ..
thanks for listening and maybe your help in the future!
joyce

That sounds like a fun game for him. What I would do is compile a list of youtube links from different makes and models, save them in a spreadsheet, and pick them randomly if he wanted to guess.

If you go to a car show sometime with him, I bet more than one owner would be willing to fire up their cars for him.
