Help me pick new valve covers

i'm pretty sure those have been brought up before and they fog/gum up almost instantly and you can't see through them. seems like headers would be even worse.

I have seen valve covers with clear plates on the top. It was a few years back.

Those valve covers are neat! But you'd have to have fancy looking rocker arms or it'd make you engine look like crap
