For the life of me i cant remember what its called... But

Awhile ago i bought a set of not smog friendly Longtube headers...

There is a metal hose that runs into the front of the passenger side exhaust manifold. It is some kind of sensor... I konw you used to be able to get a dummy plug and a plate for it from FFI. But im guessing the site is down?
Anybody know where else to get them at?

The Pin is good but the bracket that the pin goes through... Its been wobbled out and now the door opens and closes all messed up...
Suggestions?

I looked on Rockauto (they often sell Motorcraft parts, and at great prices) but they didn't have it.

LMC Truck has the parts-- Door Hinge Upper's and Lower's (in the following link) I believe are what you're looking for.

You can choose whether or not you trust their parts... Though I'm not sure how they can really screw that one up unless they make it out of weak metal.

yeah i have LMC door hinges on my truck. i love them and they work great...a bit pricey though

Instead of replacing the hinges, put in new hinge pins and bushings. I have rebuilt many hinges that way and for a LOT cheaper than a complete hinge. You have to remove the hinge anyway so save some $$$$
Just ax the parts guy for pins and bushings. The replacement pins are maybe an inch longer than what you remove and there is no reason to rivet them in like the factory did. Gravity will always win there.

eh... Im gunna look around some before i trust that... A junk yard would be first in line before that...

I usually get the one off pass side. From wreckers ($ 5a pair) And repin them before install. Why because if u can move door more than 3/8" up/down when door is almost closed . the New bushings pins will only be a 2 year fix. I know done it to ever truck I've had just about (20 of em) .

Do a search there should be post of how I did mine. Oh heck . I roll window down use ratchet strap to hang door off garage door track(can raise and slide to adjust). This way its supported ,no wires to worry about ,and you can roll truck slightly forward to gain some hand room for the bolts . I remove door bolts first then get at door jam ones. Be sure to mark the old ones. It will be close but still need some adjusting I bet . No matter how carefull I am its can be a job.

Good luck

Door pins and hinges are like $4 at the parts store. I've done 2 doors with generic stuff from o'reilly's. the brass is the softest part (the bushing) and that's the part that always wears out. It's designed to be the weakest point so the actual hinge isn't damaged each time it wears out.

I havent tried napa though, maybe i will give them a shot.
The pin is in great shape, its the part that bolts to the body that is shot... Its all wobbled out...
Now egg shaped instead of round.
