hello

Hello to all my name is jim I was a world class service technician for GM dealer for 20 yrs ase master with L1 unfortunetly dealerships today have not yet rcognized the importance and worthiness of dedicated professionals.I was given the opportunity to work for New York State Electric &Gas which also came with much better pay and benefits .I thought I would be Dealer forever and do miss it however family comes first. We have almost exclusively Ford products and I am becoming familiar with the product.Mostly Rangers ,F-series 150-450 some focuses and a few hybrids escapes.I hope to able to be a part of the forum I was involved in a GM forum dealer only that I found to be exceptionally helpful.Well thanks again and will post soon .

Welcome- good to have you aboard. :wavey: You probably made a good move there- we have more World Class GM techs than any dealership in the state. problem is, booking enough service hours to keep everyone busy.

Welcome aboard Jim

Welcome aboard.

Pay no attention to Tyler..he owns a cheby, but we tolerate him (sometimes :blah:).

Tyler is misguided, we tolerate him because he is our site project to show him the error of his ways. Someday he'll look back on these days and wonder what, if anything, he was thinking... 'smiliedoh' j/k

Welcome and thank you for being here at FTF, Jim. I hope you find a comfort level here to make yourself at home. We have several Ford techs here that are more than willing to answer any questions you might have.

That is true. I really want him to keep the old cheby for the rest of his life. He will need something to tow around behind his ford.
