my name is Dave, ive got 2 ford products, both '93 models, a ranger and a taurus. the ranger is mostly stock, a few goodies like a hurst shifter, alumminum rear diff cover and body cosmetics like a grill guard and tube steps. lucked out by it having a hitch and cap when i found it. its my daily driver and reguarly pulls a 6 x 10 single axle trailer. the taurus is nothing special, lets face it, theyve made millions of them. its a graet family car, can get almost 30 mpg highway and claims to have a 3,500 pound tow rating. i did do a suspention mod on it, rear strut springs were getting saggy, headlights were spotting 'coons in the trees at night. found a way to add axle helpers to the rear. im 39 (ouch its hurts to admit that) and have lived in ohio all my life. i work at a honda supplier factory, so with the slowdown, im not even getting 40 hours in, and theres nothing else to be found out there right now. glad i have no outstanding debt. heres me and my dog:
