I've been searching the internet all day trying to find some help with my 1994 f-150.
Yesterday while driving it just shut off, Now it won't start, I checked the fuelpumps, by hot wiring them and they are fine, I installed a new fuel relay and it still won't start, the relay is getting 12 volts going into it but only 6 volts comming out and the pumps nedd 12 volts to work.
I dissconnected the pumps and relay is still only putting out 6 volts.
Can anybody help?

Are you getting spark to the plugs.
When you first turn on to the run position do you hear the pumps kick on to prime the system, they should run appox 1-2 seconds.

Check to make sure the ground for the fuel pump relay is not causing to much resistance. It may be green or corroded. It`s been awhile since I had a power distribution box tore apart to remember if it shares a common ground.

Verify that your power wire is healthy also. And for what it`s worth, try jumping across your fuel shut off switch. I`ve had them be an an issue before.

Have you checked your fuel pressure on the schrader valve fitted to your fuel rail?
If you can see if you can pull the codes from the ecu to see if that will help with your diagnosis.
