man did i score big a mechanic at out shop had to sell a lot of his tools to clean out his home shop due to divorce and i picked up a big *** 3 piston honda gas air compessor [32cfm@100 psi] and went stupit and also got a impact,hand held sand blaster, die grinders,air ratchet ect ect ect. all just about new condition and was in "i want to try this out mode" yesterday ended up cleaning up/painting the front end axles,brakes/frame ect man is it nice to use air tools!!

The only air tool I like is the impact cause our compressors so loud ya cant hear yourself think when its on so I dont use it much.

Yeah no kiddin...I picked up a 20 gallon 5hp compressor this summer for $50...while I like the ability to use air tools, I can't hear a thing for about 30 mins after use.

You can run into condensation problems easier depending on the weather if they are mounted outside or have intakes coming from outside, ideally inside at room temperature.

i also got a bluepoint hand held sandblaster works great and the compressor kept up no problem sure blew 30 years of dirt/rust away it is a bit noisy but as long as i dont start it at 5 or 6 in the morn should be ok from the people beside me i also have a 300 ltr propane tank i took off another truck before i got rid of it should realy give me some volume if i hook it up to the tank already there did i say i love air tools soory just so much better on the arms
