glasspack question

Alrite. Well i just ordered a 18 inch glasspack be here first thing in the morning but cant weld it on til monday morning so.... but another thing.... what if i used a smaller diameter pipe? Like say 2.5 or smaller? What would hwppen from that? Single exhaust also?

^^^Not much IMO with a stock engine...some folks would argue back pressure issues, but on a stocker, you're not going to notice any discernible difference except for in sound from your exhaust.

I would run 2.5" if it was me... 2 into one the stock was 2.5" i believe. So your safe there atleast...

got my glasspack in this morning. put it on both ways and revved it up, ima say i like the forward sound that also convinced my bro to get rid of his magnaflow and get a glass pack. weld coming soon thanks fellas

Old school way of breaking in the gp is get it super hot, then spray it down with cold water.
