Fusible link to fuse box conversion?

Hey there. I have an 88 F250 460 4x4 AT C6. When I got her the electrical system was in shambles, to include rotted engine block grounds. I'm still chasing some random electrical issues and would like to convert the fusible links to a fuse box.

Has anyone else done this? Any ideas on what size fuses for each wire?

I've never done it, it would be quite an involved project though.

Keep in mind, a fuseable link will take a large immediate hit, where a fuse won't.

Something that draws a lot of amps on start up will pop a fuse, where it won't pop a fusible link. You will need to wire a relay in the circuit
