Fuel pump always on bypass

I have a '05 Explorer, 4.0 flex fuel 2wd.

Is there a way to keep the fuel pump on all the time or a way to rig a switch to keep it on while running and off while off, With out the PCM killing the system due to a fault?

You would have to jumper the relay. The pump is to turn off for safety. Are you wanting to do a pressure test or flow test? The computer can't tell if the pump is on or not, it only knows the relay is to be triggered.
