Fuel Problem

Thanks in advance! Got a problem. Me and my son bought a 1996 f350 C&C that had been sitting 3 years with fuel in the tanks. It's a 460 7.5 l. We replaced both nasty tanks, senders and elec. pumps. Got it all put back together. No fuel coming out of tanks to filter. Any ides oa problem causing this. Pressure is building at the rack, gotta grab a gauge tomorrow. Could the injectors be toast?Could there be varnished turned fuel on the racks? Thanks!

I am a little confused, you say there is no fuel at the filter, but there is pressure at the injectors?
