Fuel Leak and Hiss at #2 Fuel Injector

My 2011 F350 6.7 liter engine has developed a fuel leak by #2 injector and there is a hiss like a compression leaking when the engine turns over. It started running rough and knocking and now is a no start. Is it possible for an injector to develop a fuel leak and compression lrak at an injector? I checked for codes and found on relating to #2 injector electrical failure and #2 cylinder poor power contribution. I do not know much about diesels engine so if anybody can provide any information it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
