Hey all. I'm Keith, and when I saw the first gen Super Duty for the first time, I knew I HAD to have one! 25 short years later, I've got one! It's a 2001, V10, super cab, long bed, auto. It's in great condition as it sits, but if you consider it's history, it's unbelievably clean! It's a Michigan truck, but it spend 22 years as a snowbirds tow vehicle for their 30" 5th wheel. I got it at 234k miles and it needed a trans. It was drivable but the trans was hurt. It's got a used trans in it now, and I'll be saving my pennies for a nice built performance trans in a few years. It's goiback into service as a tow vehicle while I roam around the West exploring places I've wanted to explore since I was a teen. This time it'll me, my awesome dog and my cute little 14' pop-up camper. So she'll have an easier life with me, but she still a working girl. There's a bunch of minor things I will address, and I'll be asking questions here. My budget is suuuuuuuper thin, so I'll be looking for ways to extend the life of things instead of replacing parts where it makes sense. And you'd be surprised what "makes sense" as the budget gets less and less
