F---ing Ignition wiring!!!

this may sound weird but remove solenoid check for corrossion it needs to be grounded [happened to me]

That makes sense,It's also a simple repair.

check the wires to the NSS...I've had em get burned on exhaust and ground out.

EDIT:Yes you can use a paperclip to loop the system to eliminate the NSS as a possibility
