F-250 - 1978

Greetings Ford truck fanatics.

I am a 73 retired guy who has restored a 1978 to be a daily driver. It's painted Ford dark blue with louvered hood and custom exhaust, custom rims and light brown upholstry. I was referred to Ford Truck Fanatics from a 50's rodder ford mechanic in St. Robert, Mo. who helped me solve engine oil leaks that persisted with this vehicle. We got them fixed and not a drop of oil on the ground for over 3 years. So anybody who says Fords just leak are full of it. The truck is now located in Fort Myers, FL where it serves as my transportation when I visit. I can tell you that this forum and others are invaluable in keeping these older vehicles on the road. Keep up the good work.

Welcome aboard...and I agree, nothing grates on my nerves worse than when a 'car guy' says 'xxx brand just does that, there's no fix'.
