engine rotates but wont crank

Well I have an update finally got msd on the phone and I had to replace a wire...but now I found out that I'm 180 off on the timing cause it ignited in the carb plus I'm for some reason not gettin fuel to the carb

Finally got fuel to the carb but now I'm missin an eyebrow...lol
